Our construction team is a highly qualified and experienced team consisting of project engineers with a minimum of 15 years on site experience. Not only does our construction team ensure that builds are delivered on time, on spec and on budget, they also ensure that opportunities to exceed expectations through value engineering are proactively identified and executed.
The carefully assembled design team offers a collaborative group of proven problem solvers who are passionate about turning your vision into a reality. We also partner regularly with Perth’s great designers and architects.
Construction Team
General Manager: Mahesh Singh (BE (Hons), M. Eng. Mgmt, MIEA, MIPWEA)

Mahesh is a civil engineer who has worked in senior roles both in Australia and overseas before he founded Sadhana Constructions with his son Dr. Angad Singh.

His varied experience also includes senior roles in WA local government (where his focus was the provision and maintenance of transport, parks and building infrastructure assets), as well as onsite project leader roles with Rio Tinto.

With an aptitude for establishing systems and processes for construction of residential buildings, and in-depth consideration of occupational health and safety protocols, Mahesh has cultivated a unique level of precision that he applies to each and every project he takes on.

Krishna is responsible of ensuring that Sadhana Construction’s remains on the cutting edge of building technology and utilizes industry best practice in all of our builds.

With a PhD in sustainable construction and more than 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, Krishna is uniquely placed to spearhead Sadhana Constructions’ design and technology development, with a focus on sustainable, medium density developments.

Krishna is a registered builder, and he has supervised and managed commercial and residential construction projects both in Australia and overseas.
Construction Scheduler: Gagan Kaur

Gagan has an expertise in computer engineering and applications. She is responsible of ensuring our on-site team is well supported with effective scheduling, ordering and estimation.

Our head designer Yishan Li has a Master’s in Architecture from Melbourne University and has over 10 years’ experience in residential design. Yishan has a major in structural engineering and a special interest in sustainability and solar passive design. She is creative, pragmatic and committed to fulfilling our clients’ needs through intelligent and sustainable design.
Interior Design: Audrey Isautier:

Audrey is an interior designer with a gift for transforming spaces through interior design and styling. Audrey works with our clients to personalise the important details that transform their house into their home. She takes a special interest in kitchen and bathroom design, and material and colour selection. She is warm, bubbly and full of great ideas!
Development Expert: Dr Angad Singh (BDSc ’09, UWA)

Dr Angad Singh has a wealth of knowledge in the field of property development. He is the co-founder of Perth Property Developers and serves on the board of the Property Investment Council of Australia.
